We understand that the majority of us will be isolated sometimes by necessity, sometimes by prevention. We sympathize with you and will do everything in our power to prevent the situation from obstructing the process of buying your property. We are proactive.We have implemented our Clean Home Program along with virtual tools and programs that will allow you to pursue and realize your dream while protecting yourself and your family. All real estate agents have been directed to implement the following guidelines for buyers.
- Before going to preview a home, Buyers are asked to please be honest with how they are feeling. If you are experiencing cold sweats, sore throat, congestion, extreme fatigue, or cough, it is in everyone's best interest to re-schedule your home tour for another day.
- When previewing properties, Buyers are asked to please wear gloves as provided when in the home.
- Buyers are instructed not to touch anything when in the home. Your realtor will be there to open doors, windows, closets, cabinets, etc. and assist you.
- Follow social distancing requirements and stay 6 ft away from your realtor and other buyers.
- All Pre-Approved Buyers may request a private viewing. If the Seller agrees, this can be easily accommodated.
- Don’t touch your realtor (no handshakes).
- Don’t touch your face at any time with your gloves on.
- After securing any home you preview and placing the key in the lockbox, your realtor will clean the door knobs and lockbox with a disinfecting wipe or cloth and hand sanitizer.
- Once you have finished previewing a property, you may remove and dispose of your gloves.
